I also like to get a feel for the client's personality. There are countless ways to design a workout. Boxing
Boxing is a fun way to build your cardiovascular endurance and get out some aggression. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, hitting mitts is an amazing burn and unbeatable way to tone the upperbody and core.
Weight Training
Weight or resistance training can benefit the body in numerous ways. We can build lean muscles, enhance body composition and improve cardio vascular health. Incorporating weights into your routine will help with bone density and againg. Each program is designed around the individuals' goals.



Yoga
So many of us neglect to slow down and listen to our bodies. We also fail to stretch. By incorporating yoga into our sessions we can take the time to address problems areas and stretch to prevent injury. Yoga can also be an invigorating way to lengthen and tone muscles.
Prenatal
The body experiences so many changes durning pregnancy. You and your baby's health is of utmost importance. Prenatal workouts focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and opening up the hips. We mindfully challenge the body to help with a healthy pregnancy, delivery and recovery.
