Lets make it easy! I will come to you! I have all the equipment to put together a well rounded workout, catered to your unique needs! We can workout in your home, office or a nearby park. Individual and small group options! We do not need a whole lot of space to create a whole lot of change!

Meet At the Gym

Not enough space in your home? Many clients use their building fitness facilities for sessions. In addition to workouts, I can teach you how to properly use equipment and give you routines to do one your own!

When I met Lacy I had zero experience working out. I was feeling uncomfortable and struggling with some depression. Lacy was so wecoming and didn't force anything. She taught me the ropes and showed me working out is fun! Through my fitness journey I not only went from a XXL to a M, I've also learned to be confident and make life changes that ultimately have me in a much happier place!

Your Unique Style

Every person is unique in what they enjoy and what they expect from a workout. I have a diverse background which allows me to comfortably customize each client's program. My athletic and body building experiences allows me to build routines that burn fat and build lean muscle. I have extensive yoga knowledge which lends a keen awareness to recovery and stretching. And my boxing and martial arts background provides the skills to help you learn how to hit and defend yourself properly. When building your workouts you call the shots. Once I know what you are interested in, I can make a program that you will enjoy and see the desired results. 

Finding Your Fit

I find that the key to success is not only a well rounded plan but finding a trainer who you feel comfortable with. You may feel insecure with your body and setting up a session with someone new can seem daunting. It takes a lot of courage and strength to put yourself out there. And as someone who struggles with vulnerability, I get it. I am not here to point out everything you've done wrong or to judge. I'm simply here to help you get a handle on your health and sort out all the confusion. I provide guidance, structure and accountability. If you want a hardass coach who screamss and tries to impress you with their muscles, thanks for coming but you're in the wrong place. I'm a person. You're a person. We're in this together.      

Group Sessions

Hard work is always more fun with a friend! Grab a workout buddy or 5 and let's set up a group session. We can go boot camp style, a yoga class or a mixture of both! I will make the workout easily accessible to all levels and incorporate invigorating partner work.
