We Got to Get Your Mind Right.
What is missing from most fitness programs is acknowledging that you need to learn how to set personal fitness goals. You have to modify your routine behaviors and address your internal thought process. It goes so much deeper then just a good exercise routine and diet regimen. All of us have an internal conversation constantly circiling thorugh our mind. We listen to this voice on a loop. What if we slow down and really take a look at WHY we have struggled in the past? WHAT is behind the way we look at food? HOW does the way we speak internally to ourselves determine what we feel on the outside? Changing how you look and feel is not just about a plan. It takes more than will power. It requires you to commit fully to changing your internal voice. Owning your true self. And effectively changing your entire outlook on what you're capable of. Which is everything!!
Lacefit Moduals
The amount of misinformation on the internet is mind blowing. Everywhere we turn there is a new way to magically lose weight or a new 5min workout that will change our whole life. Each lie promotes that it is better than the next and the solution "you've been waiting for." Spoiler alert. None of the easy fixes work. Changing your body and your daily habits is not a quick fix and losing weight is not as simple as cutting calories. Personally I find it much easier to stick to change when I have a complete understanding of how things work. I tried to quit drinking for years and it was not until I learned the complete effects, that I could change my thinking around alcohol. Once I understood the science behind it, I was able to kick the sauce for good. I want to use the same approach to help you build healthier habits. Lacefit Modules are 10 minute informational videos that will help you understand your workouts and how to efficiently burn fat and build lean muscle. I will go over hormones, interval training and much more. The more you know the easier it will be for you to follow and stick with a program.


Changing the Tape
This program will give you effective resources the tap into the internal thought process and change the way you speak to yourself. I may be aging myself, but we want to change the "cassette tape" that is on loop in our mind. The of self deprecating thoughts. We tend to constantly remind ourselves of our failures. Good is never good enough. We will start with clarifying your goals and writing them down. We will work on affirmations and daily journaling the help you work through the tough spots. Journaling will also focus on gradiatude. Right now you may feel at the end of your rope, or that there is no hope, but we all have aspects in our life for which to be thankful. Something as small as having access to the internet (you right now) is worth acknowledging.
24/7 Suppport
Routine and consistency are vital when starting your fitness journey. I wish I could tell you differently, but 1 or 2 workouts here and there just isn't going to cut it. You need to change your habits and rearrange priorities. Which can be confusing and frustrating beyond belief. Changing behavior is one of the hardest things for a person to do and it requires discipline and dedication. If you feel alone in your journey it can be impossible to stick to real change. However, once you commit to Lacefit, when the tough get going, you call me and I'll get the going tough!
